The Little Things. offers products and services that are designed to empower individuals to identify their passions, explore their creative instincts and use their talents as positive modes of self-expression.

By engaging with our arts-based learning and mentorship tools, individuals will gain self-confidence as they see their thoughts come to life right in front of their eyes. From preschool-aged children to adults, we want all who interact with our material to be inspired to pursue their creative genius and change the world around them. So go ahead and NEVER overlook the little things!

MEET
OUR FOUNDER
​
Cheyanne Reid is a wife and mother to three exceptionally bright and beautiful little girls. A passion for children, youth and her community, Cheyanne has dedicated her life and career to empowering children and youth through arts-based mentorship and programs. Her impact spans across several marginalized communities within the GTA through her over 10 years of experience designing and facilitating programming including summer and march break camps, after school programs and more.

In 2013, Cheyanne and her Husband Joel started an award winning black-led and black-serving non-profit organization, SoundCheck Youth Arts, which aims to empower marginalized children and youth through music and mentorship programs. SoundCheck Youth Arts offers free programs, access to instruments and a safe space for participants to develop and thrive.
Through The Little Things, Her aim and desire is to ignite self-awareness and creativity in young hearts across the globe. She hopes that through engagement with her arts-based learning and mentorship tools, children, youth and adults will be empowered to become all that God has created them to be!
